TERMS & CONDITIONS
Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the Schollies African Kitchen website and to any orders or bookings you make with us. Please read them carefully. By placing an order or making a booking you agree to these terms.
About us
This website is operated by Schollies Foods Ltd, 98A Louise Rd, Northampton NN1 3RR. You can contact us at scholarsfoodsltd@gmail.com or 07466 760668.
Orders
All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. When you place an order you will receive a confirmation, but a contract is only formed once we accept and begin preparing your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. We take care to ensure prices and menu details are correct, but errors may occasionally occur; if we discover an error we will let you know before proceeding.
Collection and delivery
Collection and, where offered, delivery times are estimates. Please provide accurate contact and address details so we can fulfil your order. It is your responsibility to collect orders promptly to ensure food quality.
Payment
You can pay online by card or, where available, pay on collection. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider.
Cancellations and refunds
As our food is freshly prepared, orders cannot usually be cancelled once preparation has begun. If something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to put it right.
Reservations
Table bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Please let us know in advance if you need to change or cancel a reservation.
Allergies
Our dishes are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens. If you have a food allergy or intolerance, please tell us before ordering and we will advise on suitable options.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
